The LG 34GK950F-B is a great gaming monitor. It has a great response time, excellent low input lag, and a high refresh rate. It supports FreeSync variable refresh rate technology, which is also compatible with NVIDIA graphics cards, but unfortunately, it has limited ergonomics, and it doesn't look as good in dark rooms Join us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/hardwareunboxedDisclaimer: Any pricing information shown in this video was accurate at the time of video producti.. January 27, 2020, 2:25 pm. I had this exact issue with my 34GK950F-B. Immediately after connecting my monitor for the first time I got the vertical line in the middle of the screen with the purple/green hue to everything. I tried other DisplayPort cables, no change, then randomly it started working I was all in the Ultra wide hype train. This monitor was an temporary one until LG released the 38 3840x1600 behemoth, but the price for it is just ridiciliously high and i have to spend almost the same for an GPU just to hit 60 FPS. I have an 34 UW Freesync2 3440x1440 and it works great, and I have no freesync flicker like other games tend to do with my GTX 1070 and my FPS is between 30-40 all settings maxed out, I think I need to turn down some settings to gain some FPS, but it runs suprisingly smoot
